🤩 What you will do
As an Account Executive at nuvo, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for managing the full sales cycle, analyzing market trends, and devising winning strategies to secure new business and expand our market reach. You'll collaborate closely with our Marketing Team and Senior Growth Manager to develop innovative approaches to lead generation, conversion optimization, and customer retention.
Your responsibilities will be distributed across the following areas:
50% Closing
- manage the full sales cycle for small- and medium-sized accounts: Qualify leads, run product demos, create proposals, and close new customers
- create performance reports with the most important KPIs for your accounts and communicate them across the Growth Team
- create commercial proposals and lead negotiations with clients
20% Sales Strategy
- derive options for action and develop new strategies for lead generation, increasing conversion, customer loyalty and product optimization together with our Marketing Team, our Senior Growth Manager
- shape our user journey to increase conversion in collaboration with our Solution Architect
- analyze existing deals and create strategies to increase our deal sizes
30% Networking and Hunting
- expand your business network in C-Level, Product and Tech
- identify potential prospects in the market and get in touch
🎉 What success looks like in this role
- 3 months: You are an expert on our product and successfully guide our users through professional demos. You close your first client and are fully familiarized with our CRM.
- 6 months: You own a full cycle sales motion from sourcing leads, running demos, to converting prospects to clients, and establishing your own customer base.
