🤩 What will you do?
As the first Customer Success Manager at nuvo, this is an exciting opportunity to drive growth by unlocking the full potential of our product for each customer. Be the main point of contact for our rapidly growing customer base, ensuring a delightful customer experience.
Working closely with product, tech, and sales, you’ll be a real B2B SaaS innovator, navigating our company in the right direction.
- Onboard new customers and accelerate their product success
- Strategically plan and conduct campaigns for customer retention and upsell
- Analyse customer pain points and identify additional potential for future product features and opportunities
- Create touch points along the post-sell client journey to ensure healthy customer relations and promote the value of our product
- Lend a hand in doubt to actively consult customers and unlock the full potential of our software
- Establish clear client retention goals and seek strategies to achieve them

- 3 Months: Know clients, collaborate on strategies, and cultivate product affinity to seamlessly answer all customer support requests. You understand our mission and contribute to building a thriving company culture, constantly exciting your colleagues during projects.
- 6 Months: Expand accounts, boost operational collaboration with Sales, and elevate client engagement.
- 12 Months: You take full ownership of your division, while collaborating cross-functionally with our nuvoneers.
